4 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions for your employee 

1 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching session for their line manager

Written recommendations for ongoing workplace support 

All sessions to be completed on-line (unless otherwise arranged and travel costs covered)

Mid point review with HR/Line Manager

Written recommendations for ongoing workplace support

A combination of group and individual coaching for teams supporting multiple neurodivergent employees.

6 x 90 minute group coaching session for the cohort of 4-8 employees - focusing on shared challenges, accountability and peer learning.

2 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions for each employee - personalised support for individual needs.

2 x 60 minute group sessions for line manager on how to support effectively.

Written recommendations for ongoing workplace support on a cohort level, identifying common barriers and practical adjustments.

All sessions to be completed on-line (unless otherwise arranged and travel costs covered)
