Testimonials

I've had 3 ADHD coaching sessions with Sarah and I'm really surprised just how much they've helped. It's crazy how just bouncing thoughts around with a like minded person can lead you solve your own problems. Sarah is really good at asking thought provoking question that help to guide my train of thought and keep it on track!

She's helped me to develop strategies that have...

Helped to reduce my procrastination.

Better manage my changeable schedule, and set clear boundaries to help reduce burn out.

Recognise burn out before it becomes debilitating and make necessary interventions.

The sessions have also made me more self aware. They've helped me to recognise the unnecessary pressures and expectations I place upon myself. An especially big take away is "fact or assumption?" When I considered other people's views and opinions of me. It's been very impactful mantra when self doubt and negative self talk start to creep in.

I've really valued my time with Sarah and am reassured to know I have someone to turn to for some clarity and support when life gets chaotic and challenging.

Thankyou Sarah ❤️

After even my first session with Sarah I wish I had started coaching sooner. After receiving my diagnoses of both ADHD and autism in the space of 6 months after a period of burn out I really thought I was unfixable.

I was really nervous to start but Sarah put me at ease instantly and right away I could feel a relief as I now had a safe space to be myself and discuss what has been holding me back.

Sarah has helped me understand my brain and we have worked together to give me some structure and accountability to work on the things that challenge me the most. People both at work and my family have notice the difference in me after even just 6 session.

I would highly recommend coaching to anyone who is considering it. Especially if you have received a late diagnosis of neurodivergence like me. And I would recommend you have your coaching with Sarah at Neurodiversity Forward.
