You're in the right place for adult ADHD, AuDHD and Autism support
Individuals looking for ADHD or AUDHD support
If you’re tired of feeling capable but constantly overwhelmed, an ADHD coach can help you finally work with your brain instead of against it. You’ll get practical strategies, structure, and accountability that make it easier to focus, follow through, and stop getting stuck in cycles of procrastination or burnout. It’s not about “trying harder''. It’s about having support that helps you consistently move forward.

Group Support
Fortnightly online ADHD group support sessions focused on a different area each time, including executive dysfunction, procrastination, time blindness, emotional dysregulation, and more.
Each session begins with practical, easy-to-understand ADHD education so you can better understand how your brain works, not just what you “should” be doing.
We then work together on supportive tools and techniques you can start using immediately, before finishing with group coaching where you can bring your own real-life challenges and leave with practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and personalised support from both the group and your coach.
£180 for a 6 session course
What coaching is:
- Forward focused support - practical steps to where you want to go
- Stategy and systems - It focuses on building a personalised tool kit of strategies that work with your unique way of thinking
- Accountability with compassion - Helps you stay on track but in a non-judgemental and supportive way
- Strength based -What are you strengths and how do we build on them
- Practical - Creating clear next steps out of overwhelm
What is coaching isn't:
- It is not therapy - we focus on going forward not back
- It is not about 'fixing' you - we do not look at you as 'broken'
- Telling you what to do - Neurodivergent informed coaching is more directive than traditional forms of coaching so there are more educational elements but we never tell you what to do.
- It is never a replacement for clinical support - we do not replace a psychologist, psychiatrist or medical treatment.
- Its not about will power - this form of coaching recognises that neurodivergence is neurological and not a motivation problem.
